Sathish Nair hails from a family with more than 5 decades of business heritage. He is son of Shri K.Madhusudhanan Nair & Smt. B.Shantha Madhu and grandson of Shri Late K.Balakrishna Pillai – Founder of Meenumix, who was pioneer in manufacturing Domestic Mixer-Grinders in India. 

Meenumix was one of the first brands in Mixer Grinders manufactured in India. Sathish Nair completed his schooling in Coimbatore at Carmel Garden Higher Sec. School and did his B.E. in EEE from Kumaraguru College of Technology. He accomplished his MBA with distinction at Coventry University UK in Engineering Management. 

After completion of MBA, he had returned to India with a vision to start business on his own. In 1997, he founded EssEmm Corporation a venture that specializes into Food Processing & Catering Automation and has business headquartered in Coimbatore, India and also has business entities in Singapore & USA. 

Sathish Nair has passion for music & sports and a world traveler. He is a tennis player and also holding the position as Secretary of the Coimbatore District Tennis Association. He is a music composer and has his own music channel under SN Musical. Sathish Nair has also ventured into Film Production under his banner Yellow Bear Production with his first movie “REGINA” set to hit the screen around Sep 2022. Sathish Nair will be debuting as a Music Director for “REGINA”.
